Control Systems and Monitoring

DNC Control System

From simple solutions such as a speed controller for a single filter fan unit through complex controlling and monitoring systems for a large cleanroom, Exentec offers a wide range of products and services for operating cleanroom components and facilities

Control System CRiSxt

CRiSxt

CRiSxt is a 3-level-architecture control system designed for the planning, scaling, integration, operation and control of Filter Fan Unit (FFU) systems. Engineered for maximum flexibility and cost-efficiency, it minimizes installation and ramp-up costs. CRiSxt is designed for ease and comfort in configuration and handling, with detailed visualization capabilities that facilitate comfortable layout planning and system operation.

Control System Draw and Control

Draw and Control

Draw and Control (DnC) represents the latest generation in FFU control systems. This modular system seamlessly integrates hardware and software, specifically designed for the control and visualization of clean rooms. DNC features an intuitive interface, making it easy for operators to manage and control the system. This reduces the learning curve and minimizes the risk of errors. The system can be scaled up or down effortlessly, making it suitable for both small and large clean room environments. This flexibility ensures that as your needs grow, the system can grow with you.

Control System Draw and Control Light

Draw and Control (Light)

Draw and Control - Light (DnC Light) was developed for the simple control and visualization of systems with up to 126 FFUs. This considerably simplifies the installation, commissioning and monitoring of the FFUs. A touch panel PC is used for intuitive operation and simple visualization of the ceiling grid layout with cleanroom walls and filter fan units.

Control System iTAC Controller

iTAC Controller

The iTAC (intelligent Topology Area Controller) is a stand-alone unit for controlling and monitoring individual FFUs or entire FFU groups in clean room systems. Up to 630 FFUs can be connected to the iTAC. The Auto-installation function drastically minimizes the commissioning efforts on site.

Control System Ultra Display

Ultra Display

Ultra Display V3 (UDV3) is a compact solution to control FFUs in cleanroom environments. It allows the connection and visualization of air velocity sensors and differential pressure sensors. The FFU control can be set via two operating modes. In closed loop the setpoint is the air velocity (m/s) or differential pressure (Pa) and in open loop the setpoint is the rotational speed of the fans (rpm).  The 3,5” Color Touch Display offers a comfortable handling and enables a simple but modern visualization of the FFU data.  Up to 63 FFUs can be connected to the UDV3.

Control System Speed Controller

Speed Controller

Potentiometer with housing, suitable for group control of FFUs with 0-10V interface. All fans are connected in parallel and receive the same 0-10V control signal for speed control. This compact solution is suitable for small clean rooms with up to 8 FFUs. The status of the FFU group is displayed via the two LEDs integrated in the housing.
