Exentec offers Raised Floor Systems which fulfill the high requirements of state-of-the-art cleanrooms with regard to contamination control and tool loads
Blind (Solid) Panel
For use in areas where extremely heavy loads are to be placed. The unique grid structure of these solid panels allows for optimal weight distribution to support production equipment. The precision provided by each panel allows for excellent accessibility and replaceability when needed - yet they are durable and strong enough to withstand the concentrated loads in semiconductor cleanrooms and other manufacturing environments.
Damper
Perforated and grid panels can be fitted with dampers. This unique damper system enables even air distribution throughout the room or around workstations and production tools. All adjustments are made from above with a slotted screwdriver. All panel types can be fitted with an acrylic cover, allowing quick and convenient access to equipment located under the raised floor.
Grating Panel
Patented die-cast aluminum grating provides superior concentrated and rolling load performance and is available with electrically conductive coatings and chemical and abrasion resistant finishes. The non-directional grating pattern provides unobstructed airflow through a nominal 49 to 54% open area required for return air ducts and submicron cleanroom installations. Weighing 12.50 kg, the grille is available in a 600 mm size and has a nominal thickness of 49 - 51 mm. The grille is fully interchangeable with solid and perforated panels for maximum flexibility in room configuration and air balancing.
Perforated Panel
The perforated panel offers all the features and options of our solid panels with the addition of either 1,296 or 1,024 beveled holes to provide a nominal open area of 18 ~ 38% in a non-directional pattern for computer room and cleanroom airflow requirements. Fully interchangeable with solid and grille panels.
Pedestal Systems
Pedestal assemblies are compatible with all of our flooring products, including solid, perforated and grating panels.
Stringers and Bracings
Additional strengthening of the substructure, especially along the boundary lines and lateral support.
Additional Reinforcement
We have our own special substructure system with sizes of 1,200, 1,800 and 2,400 mm. The upper and lower side beams can be coated with e-coating or epoxy powder. The height is adjusted using a screw on the post. The base of the post can be attached to the subfloor with anchor bolts. The upper and lower beams are fastened with bolts, aluminum plates and insulation boards are placed on the beam to install raised floor panels.
